　　六户镇是东营市的一个郊区乡镇，这里蕴藏着丰富的石油、天然气和地下水资源，是胜利油田的主油区之一。 　　在外人的印象里，黄河三角洲油区应该是泛着盐碱的黄土地上，竖立着一个个采油机，地面上是采油留下的一片片黑色的油污，连空气中都弥漫着石油的味道。然而走进六户镇，你一定会对自己的思维产生怀疑。
　　这个地方非比寻常！境内河渠纵横，林木繁茂，生态资源保护良好，是国家绿色产业示范区。作为典型的城市近郊农业乡镇，六户镇努力改变传统的区域经济增长方式，成功走出了一条绿色生态型发展之路。
　　六户镇经济的发展，经历了一个战略性抉择的过程。地处油区，有发展石油化工的得天独厚的优势。但六户镇审时度势，跳出资源消耗型的传统发展模式，提出建设“生态名镇”、“旅游强镇”的发展战略。利用地处城郊的区位优势和土地广袤肥沃的资源优势，利用黄河三角洲生态高效经济区建设的有利时机，选择绿色生态型发展道路，大力发展以新型服务业、绿色农业、生态旅游等为支撑的生态经济产业，实现资源的“减负”与“再造”，以最小的资源环境代价，谋求经济社会最大限度的发展。
　　生态环境的改善，换来“绿色”产业优势。作为全国环境优美乡镇，六户镇着手生态涵养恢复工程，去冬今春新栽绿树超过历年成活树木的总和。大许富硒西红柿、田庄无公害冬枣等绿色蔬菜和时令瓜果，成为城市居民争相购买的餐桌“新宠”。
　　几年来，以“生态六户”为方向，发展环境生态林、风景观赏林、经济效益林近4000公顷。为实现土地增收，六户镇开辟了万亩 “一分田”认种园，即“私属菜园”。该菜园位于六户镇生态农业示范区，由“私属菜园”、“果木林”、“珍花异草苑”、“野炊丽日山庄”等部分组成，建成后将是黄河三角洲最大的农业生态园。在私属菜园里，城市居民趁着周末的空闲时间，与家人一起侍弄租种的菜地，干点农活，是劳动，更是享受。
　　计划投资3.2亿元的华林庄园项目作为全市重点旅游项目，预计2010年底以前基本建成。项目主要建设旅游集散中心综合服务区和生态高效农业区两大功能区。目前，休闲观光农业区已完成七大类十几个品种的果树、观光苗木花卉栽植及绿化苗木繁育16万株。同时，围绕生态旅游这个重点，服务业有了长足发展。丽日锄禾私属菜园、揽翠湖度假区、胜大森林木屋、武王采摘园等旅游景点串点成线，服务业的发展势头强劲。
　　此外，六户镇成功举办了西红柿采摘节和甜瓜采摘节，今年将进一步整合华林庄园、揽翠湖、丽日锄禾等旅游资源，构建起集餐饮、娱乐、劳动体验等多功能为一体的城市近郊游精品线路。引导有条件的村和农户推出“农家乐”休闲项目，培育发展具有地方优势、特色优势和较强市场竞争力的旅游产品，构建多层次的旅游产业体系。
　　在生态镇建设中，六户人已达成共识：走生态型发展道路，实现生态经济投入、产出的良性循环。观念的转变，来自于生态建设带来的种种收益。生态六户吸引了大批城里人到这里观光游玩，优良的生态环境带来了丰厚回报。据不完全统计，近郊生态游发展间接转移农村劳动力2200多人，年社会旅游综合收入960多万元，实现经济效益、社会效益、生态效益的三赢。
　　“随着王岗700公顷中低产田改造项目的竣工和投资4000多万元的武王片1800公顷国家级土地整理项目的开工建设，将使六户绿色生态经济发展的‘筋骨’更加强壮”，谈到今后的发展，六户镇党委书记马学舜信心百倍：“今后我们将进一步整合区位、资源、生态等优势，争当黄河三角洲生态高效经济区建设的排头兵。”

　　Liuhu is a town in the suburbs of Dongying. This area overflows with rich resources of petroleum, natural gas and underground water, and is one of the main oil regions of the Shengli Oil Field.

As a typical agricultural town on the outskirts of a city, Liuhu Town is making every effort to change from the traditional regional economic growth method and follow the road of green ecological development.
　　The improvement of the ecological environment brings the advantages of “Green” industry to Liuhu. As a national town in terms of beautiful environment, Liuhu Town embarked on the project of ecological recovery. The number of the newly planted trees in the winter of last year and the spring of this year exceeded the total of viable trees planted in all the previous years. Many types of green vegetable and fresh fruit in season such as Daxu Fuxi tomatoes and Tianzhuang non-pollution winter jujubes are well received in the market.
　　In recent years, by taking the “ecological Liuhu” as the orientation, Liuhu Town has developed environmental ecological forests, landscape forests, and economic benefit forests covering nearly 4,000 hectares. In order to increase the income from the land, Liuhu Town created about 667 hectares of “private vegetable garden”. This garden is in the ecological demonstration area of Liuhu Town. It will be the largest agricultural ecological garden in the Yellow River Delta. At weekends, the urban citizens can grow vegetables with their families in their private gardens.

According to partial estimates, the development of the suburb ecological travel has indirectly transferred more than 2,200 rural workers. The annual social tourist comprehensive income hit 9.6 million yuan. Liuhu Town achieved the “Three-win” situation in economy, society and environment.
