?长沙烟区气象因子与烟叶常规化学成分相关性分析

摘 要:应用SPSS软件对长沙烟区主要气候因子与不同部位烟叶中常规化学成分进行了相关性分析。结果表明,不同气候因子对烟叶常规化学成分含量的影响程度为:气温>累计降雨量>累计日照时数。其中4月气温与上部烟叶总糖、还原糖含量和下部烟叶钾含量显著正相关;5月气温与上部烟叶氯含量和下部烟叶总植物碱含量呈显著正相关。4月累计降雨量与上部烟叶总植物碱含量、钾含量呈显著负相关;7月累计降雨量与上部烟叶糖碱比、中部烟叶钾含量呈显著正相关。4月累计日照时数与上部烟叶氯含量、下部烟叶总植物碱显著正相关,与下部烟叶糖碱比呈极显著负相关。

Correlational Analysis between Meteorological Factors and Conventional Chemical Components of Tobacco in Tobacco-growing Area of Changsha

Abstract: Correlation analysis between meteorological factors and conventional chemical components of different grades tobacco in tobacco-growing area of Changsha were analyzed using SPSS software. The results indicated that the degree of correlation between the three meteorological factors and conventional chemical components of tobacco was temperature>rainfall>sunshine time. The monthly average temperature in April was significantly positively correlated with the total sugar and reducing sugar contents in upper leaves, with the potassium content in bottom leaves. The average temperature in May was significantly positively correlated with the chlorine content in upper leaves and the total alkaloid in bottom leaves. The rainfall in April was significantly negatively correlated with the total alkaloid and potassium in upper leaves. And the rainfall in July was significantly positively correlated with the ratio of sugar to nicotine in upper leaves and the potassium in middle leaves. The sunshine time in April was significantly positively correlated with chlorine in upper leaves and the total alkaloid in bottom leaves, but was significantly negatively correlated with the ratio of sugar to nicotine in bottom leaves.

煙草是一种对生态环境的变化十分敏感的经济作物,品种相同的烟草在不同的生态环境中其常规化学成分和品质具有明显差异[1-3]。有研究发现,栽培技术、烟草品种和生态环境对烟草质量的贡献率分别为10%、32%和56%[4],可见,生态环境对烟草品质有重要的影响。其中光照、温度及降水量等环境气候因子对烟叶质量影响较大[5-7]。探究气候因子与烟叶化学成分的关系,已经成为许多烟草工作者所关注的热点[8-9]。姬兴杰等[10]对河南烟区主要气候因子与烤烟烟叶化学成分进行分析,发现温热因素对烤烟化学成分影响程度最大,而光照因素影响最小。王岚等[11]对云南省不同烟区烟叶中常规化学成分进行了比较分析,发现不同地区因气候差异造成烟叶常规化学成分显著性差异。陈静等[12]对烟区气候因子与烟叶化学成分进行相关性分析研究,得出了气温、降水量及日照时数与烟叶主要化学成分具有显著相关性。迄今为止,未见有关长沙烟区烟叶化学成分与气候因子关联分析的文献报道。本研究拟应用SPSS软件对长沙烟区烟叶中常规化学成分与气候因子中温度、光照及降水量进行相关性分析,以期找出不同气候因子对烟叶常规化学成分的影响,为长沙烟叶生产提供参考。
