对教育学诊断作为辅助方法控制运动员训练过程的研究

　　摘 要：基于对体育实践和理论的研究，本文分析了诊断训练过程的系统方法，主要目的是确定教育诊断。作者研究了各个训练阶段个体化训练模式——诊断评估标准，制定统一的教育分析与监测方法、模拟与预测工作，解决训练控制中符合竞技教育方法学要求的问题。竞技教育学诊断应结合监督、模拟和预测有机地融入到整个运动员培养体系中。按照诊断数据为训练过程制定符合逻辑的依据，并成为训练控制主因素中的重要因素。

　　Abstract：Based on the research of the theory and practice of Physical physical Educationeducation：，the present thesis，with the main task of determining the educational diagnosis，conducts a systematic approach to the diagnosis of the training process.The main task of determining the educational diagnosis.To study the pattern of individual training in each training stage the standard of diagnostic evaluation.To After studying on the individualized training mode in each stage （diagnostic evaluation criteria），the author develops a unified approach to education analysis and monitoring，simulation and prediction tasks，and so as to solve the task of controlling the exercise training in accordance with the requirements of the methodology of competitive education.The diagnosis of competitive education is organically integrated into the whole training system as a method of combining supervision，simulation and prediction.It should become the main factor in the quality control of the ranks of the main factors In in accordance with the diagnostic data to make a logical basis for the training process，to become the main factor in the quality control of the ranks of the main factors.

　　在群众性竞技运动和高成绩竞技运动的意义不断增长的情况下，对于竞技运动理论与实践有科学依据地完善运动员培养过程和控制这些过程的工艺问题具有重要意义。提高训练负荷强度，达到接近于生物学标准的限度，以及均衡训练的数量指标和提高优秀运动员的技能水平，决定了必须依靠优化训练结构，研制最佳的控制竞技完善过程的方法[1]。
　　1 研究目的
　　理论性论证针对训练过程的竞技教育学诊断方法。
　　2 研究结果和讨论
　　我们把对运动员状态的诊断视为是科学方法活动，它不间断地实施作为教师持续的创造性过程。诊断分析被视为是有目标针对性、不间断的认识活动，相应地也是有组织的和有科学依据的活动[23]。
　　在理论研究过程中，把总体上决定诊断过程的任务划分成3个基本类型。第1种类型：确定运动员当前某时刻所处的训练程度（教育学监督的任务、评定今天实际形势下运动员训练程度的状态和水平）。第2种类型：专家评定运动员在过去某个时刻所处的训练程度。第3种类型：预见运动员在某些面临的时刻所处的训练程度的未来状态。
　　在诊断过程中对训练程度的实际评价结果与事先设定的预测值之间相符合程度进行检验。既然运动成绩是复杂的多成分现象，那么最重要的诊断任务之一就是尽可能压缩指标数量，寻求信息量最大的诊断参数，使得在最少测试的情况下获得对于形成结论尽可能多的信息。从最大逼近现实条件和对结果产生最大影响出发，优化选择指标群。在指定时刻训练程度水平的实际状态不仅取决于之前的状态，而且取决于被研究时段中施加的训练作用[4]。
