信息管理与信息系统 信息管理与信息系统专业本科生培养方案 一、培养目标 I、Educational Objectives
本专业培养具备现代管理理论基础、计算机科学技术知识及应用能力，掌握系统工程思想和信息系统分析与设计方法以及信息管理等方面的知识与能力，能在国家各级管理部门、工商企业、科研单位等部门从事信息技术的应用、开发和管理，或从事有关教学和科研工作的高级专门人才。
二、培养要求 II、Educational Requirement
本专业学生主要学习管理科学的基础理论、经济、管理、数量分析方法、信息资源管理、计算机及信息系统方面的基本理论和基本知识，通过系统和设计方法以及信息管理方法的基本训练，具备综合运用所学知识分析和解决问题的基本能力。

毕业生应获得以下几方面的知识和能力：
1. 具有扎实的管理科学的基础知识和工程技术基本知识，以及较好的人文、社会科学基础和正
确运用本国语言文字的表达能力； 2. 较系统地掌握信息管理和信息系统的基本理论和基本知识，以及信息系统的分析方法、设计方法和实现技术； 3. 具有信息组织、分析研究、传播与开发利用的基本能力； 4. 具有综合运用所学知识，分析企业信息管理中存在问题并能提出改进措施的基本能力； 5. 了解本专业学科前沿及发展动态，熟练掌握一门外语。
6. 掌握文献检索、资料查询、收集的基本方法，具有一定的科研和实际工作能力。
