奥曲肽对急性胰腺炎患者肠黏膜屏障及胃肠激素表达的影响探究

　　【摘要】 目的：探究与观察奥曲肽对急性胰腺炎患者肠黏膜屏障及胃肠激素表达的影响。方法：选取2016年6月-2017年6月期间本院收治的100例急性胰腺炎患者为研究对象，根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组各50例。对照组行常规急性胰腺炎治疗，观察组则在对照组基础上加用奥曲肽。比较两组患者治疗前后肠黏膜屏障及胃肠激素表达情况。结果：治疗前两组肠黏膜屏障及胃肠激素指标表达比较，差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05），治疗后观察组肠黏膜屏障及胃肠激素指标表达均显著改善，且检测结果显著优于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：奥曲肽对急性胰腺炎患者肠黏膜屏障及胃肠激素表达的影响相对更好，因此奥曲肽在急性胰腺炎患者中的应用价值较高。

　　【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate and observe the influence of Octreotide for the expression of intestinal mucosal barrier and gastrointestinal hormones of acute pancreatitis patients.Method：A total of 100 patients with acute pancreatitis in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were selected，they were divided into control group and observation group according to table of random numbers，50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment of acute pancreatitis，the observation group was treated with Octreotide on the base of control group.The expression of intestinal mucosal barrier and gastrointestinal hormones of before and after the treatment were compared between two groups.Result：The intestinal mucosal barrier and gastrointestinal hormones indexes before the treatment were no significant differences between two groups（P>0.05）；the expression of ntestinal mucosal barrier and gastrointestinal hormones indexes in the observation group after the treatment were all significantly better than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：The influence of Octreotide for the expression of intestinal mucosal barrier and gastrointestinal hormones of patients with acute pancreatitis are relatively better，and the application value of octreotide in the patients with acute pancreatitis is higher.

　　急性胰腺炎是消化系統常见疾病，患者的不适感表现突出，治疗需求极高[1]。与急性胰腺炎相关的研究显示，肠黏膜屏障状态相对异常，因此对相关指标表达的改善需求较高。另外，本病患者的胃肠功能状态也受到影响，因此相关的胃肠激素表达也明显异常，此方面也成为疾病治疗过程中的重点干预与评估方面[2-3]。本文笔者就奥曲肽对急性胰腺炎患者肠黏膜屏障及胃肠激素表达的影响进行探究与观察，现报道如下。
　　1 资料与方法
　　1.1 一般资料 选取2016年6月-2017年6月期间本院收治的100例急性胰腺炎患者为研究对象，根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组50例。纳入标准：年龄在20岁及以上；符合急性胰腺炎诊断标准；病程≤7.0 d者；对研究知情及签署同意书者。排除标准：胰腺坏死或脓肿者；合并心脑肾肺等基础疾病者；精神认知异常者；合并其他胃肠等消化疾病者。该研究经伦理学委员会批准，且患者均知情同意。
