粤港澳大湾区高等教育合作与区域创新研究

　　摘 要 实现粤港澳大湾区高等教育合作与区域创新模式发展，不仅能够实现优势互补，强化不同地区高等教育的交流与合作，对于推动这些地区教育与经济发展同样起到至关重要的作用。为促进粤港澳大湾区高等教育合作与区域创新模式的构建，作者从粤港澳大湾区高等教育现状入手，对其现状进行全方位、深层次地剖析，并在此基础上深入地探析了粤港澳大湾区高等教育合作与区域创新模式构建，给出了笔者具有代表性的个人建议。希望对推动粤港澳大湾区高等教育合作与区域创新模式构建与发展起到一定的积极作用。

　　Abstract Achieving higher education cooperation and regional innovation model development in Guangdong， Hong Kong and Macao Great Bay Area can not only complement each other"s strengths， but also strengthen the exchanges and cooperation of higher education in different regions. It also plays a vital role in promoting education and economic development in these regions. In order to promote the construction of higher education cooperation and regional innovation model in Guangdong， Hong Kong and Macao Dawan District， the author starts with the current situation of higher education in Guangdong， Hong Kong and Macao Dawan District， and makes a comprehensive and deep analysis of its current situation. On this basis， the author deeply explores the construction of higher education cooperation and regional innovation model in Guangdong， Hong Kong and Macao Dawan District， and gives some representative personal suggestions. It is hoped that it will play a positive role in promoting higher education cooperation and regional innovation model construction and development in Guangdong， Hong Kong and Macao.

　　1 粤港澳大湾区高等教育现状
　　随着高等教育的不断发展，人们逐渐认识到高等教育在地区经济发展中所起到的作用。在粤港澳大湾区经济一体化建设的推动下，该地区的人才培养工作应该进一步完善，从而满足经济发展的需要。与传统的教育要求不同，在粤港澳经济一体化发展的背景下，在开展教育工作的过程中，同样要加强教育上的交流与合作，同时教育上的联系使经济上的联系更紧密，从而为推动该地区经济的发展提供不竭的动力。为了能够真正地实现粤港澳大湾区高等教育合作的目标，首先应该对当前粤港澳大湾区高等教育现状有全面的了解，从而为实现教育上的交流与合作奠定基础。
　　1.1 广东省高等教育现状
　　事实上，经济发展与高等教育发展是相互依存、相互影响、相互促进的关系。高等教育为广东省经济的发展提供了人才保证，而经济的发展又使高等教育逐渐向现代化的方向迈进，从而让高等教育质量得到有效提高。高等教育“硬实力”与“软实力”的提升都离不开经济上的支持，所以只有当广东省的经济水平达到要求以后，该地区的教育水平才能得到保障。从目前的情况来看，广东省高等院校数量稳居全国第二，根据有关研究结果表明，高等院校数量已经达到147所，而且其中还包括有很多国家重点院校，比如“985”、“211”等。高质量的教育水平为推动广东省经济的发展也产生了很多积极性的作用。在生源方面，越来越多的外省学生来到广东省高校求学，并且他们当中很多人成为广东省经济发展的中坚力量。
　　1.2 香港高等教育现状
　　与很多其他地方相比，香港高等教育的不同之处就是学生可以选择的升学途径有很多，从而为更多的学生创造了接受高等教育的机会，同时也让香港高等教育的影响力得到提升。在高等院校影响力方面，香港比较有名的高等院校有：香港大学、香港科技大学等，不仅在香港地区非常有影响力，而且在国际高等院校排名中也比较靠前，在世界名校TOP100榜单中也榜上有名。也就是说，香港高等院校的教育力量比较雄厚，在国际上比较有公信力。而且随着香港高等院校开放程度越来越高，很多内地大学生也会选择到香港名校攻读硕士、博士学位，有效提高了香港高等教育的影响力。根据有关数据结果表明，在香港大学本科生中有超过百分之九十的大学生会继续在他们母校攻读硕士学位。这进一步显示了当前香港高等教育的影响力。
