热牙胶垂直加压治疗急性牙髓炎的临床效果研究

　　摘   要：目的  对比研究冷牙胶侧方加压与热牙胶垂直加压治疗急性牙髓炎的临床效果。方法  将2016年8月～2017年8月在我院治疗的120例急性牙髓炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组，各60例。对照组冷牙胶侧方加压治疗，观察组采用热牙胶垂直加压治疗，对比两组患者填充时间、疼痛评分、牙龈指数（GI）、龈沟出血指数（SBI）、牙周袋深度（PD）和填充质量。结果  观察组填充时间明显短于对照组，疼痛评分明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;治疗后两组患者GI、SBI、PD显著降低，且观察组降低明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;观察组充填质量明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论  热牙胶垂直加压治疗急性牙髓炎效果确切，可显著减轻患者疼痛，且填充时间短，值得临床推广和应用。

　　Clinical Study on the Treatment of Acute Pulpitis with Hot Gum under Vertical Pressure

　　Abstract：Objective  To compare the clinical effects of cold gum lateral compression and hot gum vertical compression in the treatment of acute pulpitis.Methods  120 patients with acute pulpitis treated in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 were randomly divided into two groups.Control group and observation group，60 cases in each group.The control group were treated with cold gum lateral compression，while the observation group were treated with hot gum vertical compression.The filling time，pain score， gingival index（GI），gingival sulcus bleeding index（SBI），periodontal pocket depth（PD）and filling quality were compared between the two groups.Results  The filling time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group，and the pain score was significantly lower than that in the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.After treatment，the two groups of patients GI，SBI and PD decreased significantly，and the observation group decreased significantly better than the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）;the quality of filling in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion  The treatment of acute pulpitis with hot gum vertical compression is effective，and can significantly reduce the pain of the patients，and the filling time is short，so it is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
