探讨活血止痛散治疗急性踝关节扭伤的应用价值

　　[摘要] 目的 分析活血止痛散治療急性踝关节扭伤的应用价值。方法 回顾性分析2015年1月—2017年5月接受诊治的110例急性踝关节扭伤患者作为该次分析资料，按治疗顺序单双号分为研究组患者55例和对照组患者55例，对照组给予常规基础治疗，研究组在常规基础治疗的基础上加用活血止痛散进行治疗，比较两组患者治疗后的疗效以及疼痛、肿胀等不良症状缓解情况。结果 研究组治疗显效37例，好转15例，无效3例，总有效率为94.54%。对照组治疗显效22例，好转18例，无效15例，总有效率为72.73%。研究组总有效率明显高于对照组，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。研究组疼痛症状评分为（1.15±0.58）分，症状体征评分为（74.99±3.69）分，肿胀消退评分为（1.02±0.01）分；对照组疼痛症状评分为（9.65±2.32）分，症状体征评分为（99.76±0.26）分，肿胀消退评分为（0.76±0.14）分；两组间比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 对急性踝关节扭伤患者给予活血止痛散进行治疗，不仅可以有效地减轻患者的疼痛感，还可以消肿患处的肿胀，减少患处各种不良症状的发生，使患处部位尽快达到消肿化瘀的效果，有利于踝关节扭伤部位的好转，其临床治疗效果显著，值得临床上广泛应用。

　　[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to analyze the application value of Huoxue Zhitong powder for acute ankle sprain. Methods A retrospective analysis from January 2015 to May 2017 for treatment of 110 cases of acute ankle sprain patients was conducted， according to the treatment sequence， they were divided into the study group of 55 patients and 55 cases of the control group， the control group was given routine treatment， study group on the basis of the routine treatment added Huoxue Zhitong powder， compared the effect of two groups after treatment， pain， swelling and other adverse symptoms. Results In the study group， 37 cases were markedly improved， 15 cases were improved， 3 cases were ineffective， the total effective rate was 94.54%. In the control group， 22 cases were cured， 18 cases improved， 15 cases were ineffective， and the total effective rate was 72.73%. The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group， with statistical significance （P<0.05）. The score of pain symptom in study group was （1.15±0.58）points， the score of symptom was （74.99±3.69） points， and the score of swelling and regression was （1.02±0.01）points and the score of pain was（9.65±2.32） points and the symptom score was（99.76±0.26）points and the score of swelling regression was （0.76±0.14） points. There was significant difference between the two groups（P<0.05）. Conclusion For patients with acute ankle sprains given Huoxue Zhitong powder treatment， not only can effectively relieve the pain of patients， can also reduce the swelling of the affected area， reduce the occurrence of a variety of adverse symptoms， achieve the effect of detumescence of blood as soon as possible， advantageous to the ankle sprains parts， and its clinical treatment effect is significant， which deserves to be widely used clinically.
