中西医联合康复治疗对急性期脑卒中并发抑郁的效果观察

　　【摘要】 目的：观察对急性期脑卒中并发抑郁患者行以中西医联合康复治疗的临床效果。方法：择取2015年1月-2017年12月本院收治的97例急性期脑卒中并发抑郁患者，随机将所选患者分成对照组与观察组，对照组47例患者行以常规西医康复治疗，观察组50例患者行以中西医联合康复治疗，对两组患者的治疗效果进行分析和比较。结果：治疗后观察组患者的临床总有效率为94.00%，对照组临床总有效率为78.72%，观察组明显高于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗前两组患者的NIHSS评分、HAMD评分、CSS评分、BI指数比较差异均无统计学意义（P>0.05），而治疗后观察组患者NIHSS评分、HAMD评分、CSS评分均低于对照组，BI指数高于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后观察组睡眠障碍评分、焦虑评分、抑郁情绪评分、迟缓评分、疑病评分5项抑郁因素评分均明显低于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：对急性期脑卒中并发抑郁患者行以中西医联合康复治疗可以取得确切临床效果，缓解患者的抑郁情绪，对疾病康复有利，具有显著临床价值，值得推广。

　　Effect of Integrative Chinese and Western Rehabilitation Therapy on Acute Stroke Complicated with Depression/YAN Xinzheng，LIU Derong，HE Yunjing.//Medical Innovation of China，2018，15（07）：077-080
　　【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the clinical effect of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine in patients with acute stroke complicated by depression.Method：A total of 97 patients with acute stroke complicated with depression who were admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.In the control group， 47 patients were treated with routine western medical rehabilitation.Observation group of 50 patients underwent combined Chinese and western rehabilitation treatment，the treatment effects of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Result：After treatment，the total effective rate of the observation group was 94.00%， while the total effective rate of the control group was 78.72%，the observation group was significantly higher than the control group，with statistical significance（P<0.05）.Before treatment，the NIHSS score，HAMD score， CSS score and BI index of two groups were not significantly different（P>0.05）.After treatment，the NIHSS score， HAMD score and CSS score in the observation group were lower than those of the control group， and the BI index was higher than that in the control group（P<0.05）.After the treatment，the score of sleep disturbance，anxiety， depression， delay and suspicion in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P<0.05）.Conclusion：It is worth to popularize that patients with acute stroke complicated with depression should be treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine to achieve the exact clinical results，alleviate the depression and improve the recovery of the disease.
