中药鸦胆子外敷封包联合卡介苗多糖核酸治疗多发性跖疣疗效观察

　　摘 要 目的：觀察中药鸦胆子外敷封包联合卡介苗多糖核酸治疗多发性跖疣的临床疗效及安全性。方法：收集2011年10月—2016年10月收治的多发性跖疣患者80例，分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组应用卡介苗多糖核酸2 ml（2支），隔日肌内注射1次，18支为1个疗程，连续使用3个疗程。观察组应用去壳捣碎鸭蛋子仁外敷，3～4 d换药1次，注意保护周围正常皮肤，并联合卡介苗多糖核酸2 ml（2支），隔日肌内注射1次，18支为1个疗程，连续使用3个疗程。于治疗后第4、8周和疗程结束后3个月进行随访。结果：治疗4周时，对照组和观察组的有效率分别为40%（16/40）和57.5%（22/40），组间差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗8周时，有效率分别为55%（23/40）和82.5%（33/40），观察组明显优于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗结束后3个月，两组均无复发病例。治疗组发现不良反应1例，观察组3例，均较轻。结论：中药鸦胆子外敷封包联合卡介苗多糖核酸治疗多发性跖疣疗效满意。

　　Observation of Brucea javanica with traditional medicine packet combined with BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid in the treatment of multiple plantar warts

　　ABSTRACT Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Brucea javanica with traditional medicine packet combined with BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid in the treatment of multiple plantar warts. Methods： Eighty patients with multiple plantar warts from Oct. 2011 to Oct. 2016 were collected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 40 cases each. The control group was treated with BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid 2 ml（2 branches）， intramuscular injection 1 time every other day， 18 branches for 1 course， and 3 courses in continuous use. The observation group was treated with external application of shelled and mashed egg kernel， 3-4 d was replaced by this drug and attention should be paid to the protection of normal skin around the skin， and combined with BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid 2 ml（2 branches）， intramuscular injection 1 time every other day， 18 branches for 1 course， and continuous use of 3 courses. Patients were followed up 4， 8 weeks and 3 months after completion of the treatment course. Results： After 4 weeks of treatment， the effective rates of the control group and the observation group were 40%（16/40） and 57.5%（22/40）， and there was no significant difference between the groups（P>0.05）. After 8 weeks of treatment， the effective rates were 55%（23/40） and 82.5%（33/40）， and the observation group was significantly better than the control group（P<0.05）. Three months after the end of treatment， no recurrence was found in all two groups. One case of adverse reactions was found in the treatment group and 3 cases in the observation group， and they were relatively mild. Conclusion： Application of Brucea javanica with traditional medicine packet combined with BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid in the treatment of multiple plantar warts has satisfactory treatment effect.
