工作量考核在“3+2”助理全科医师规范化培训出科技能考核中的应用

摘 要:目的 探索“3+2”助理全科医师的培训模式,推进“3+2”助理全科医师的培训的规范化、标准化、统一化。方法 选取2017级“3+2”助理全科医师第一年轮转培训科室的32名带教医师,对出科技能考核给予工作量的量化,并分别在工作量考核实施前后进行工作满意度的问卷调查。结果 带教医师对出科技能考核工作满意度由之前的72.00%提高到85.30%,整体工作满意度、工作性质、工作薪酬、晋升机会、当前的工作情形在实施前后对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对“3+2”助理全科医师规范化培训的出科技能考核进行合理的工作量量化,能够提高带教医师的工作满意度,从而调动带教医师的工作积极性,提高培训质量。

Application of Workload Examination in"3+2"Assistant General Practitioners" Standardization Training of Scientific and Technological Ability Examination

Abstract:Objective To explore the training mode of "3+2"assistant general practitioner,and to promote the standardization, standardization and unification of the training of "3+2"assistant general practitioners.Methods 2017 grade "3+2"assistant general practitioners in the first year of the 32 cycle training department training physician, given the quantization of the workload of nursing skills assessment,and were in the questionnaire before and after the implementation of the workload assessment of job satisfaction.Results The teaching staff of nursing skills assessment work satisfaction improved from 72% to 85.30%,the overall job satisfaction, nature of work,remuneration and promotion,the current work situation in the implementation of comparison,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing skills assessment of "3+2" assistant general practitioners standardized training of workload reasonably,can improve the teaching physician job satisfaction,in order to mobilize the enthusiasm of the teachers and doctors with work,improve the quality of training.

2011 年《國务院关于建立全科医生制度的指导意见》(国发 [2011]23 号)中指出,“对到经济欠发达的农村地区工作的 3 年制医学专科毕业生,可在国家认定的培养基地经 2 年临床技能和公共卫生培训合格取得执业助理医师资格后,注册为助理全科医师”,即“3+2”模式[1]。“3+2”全科医师教育是为了适应农村基本医疗卫生服务需要,主要以培养临床技术应用型人才为主[2]。我院作为临床培训基地之一承担“3+2”助理全科医师规范化培训工作。按照培训要求,学员在科室轮转结束后,需要由带教医师进行出科技能考核,但负责全科带教的医师不但要扮演教师的角色,更要承担繁重的临床工作,导致出科技能考核流于形式。因此,我院将工作量考核应用于“3+2”培训中,充分调动带教医师的工作积极性,现报告如下。
