当爱情来敲门篇一：当幸福来敲门
《当幸福来敲门》
影片讲了一个小人物通过艰苦奋斗终至成功的故事，当然这个故事来自于真人真事，它的原型是美国百万富翁克里斯·加德纳(ChrisGardner)，他曾经流浪、入狱，但从未放弃实践理想——当一名股票经纪人。他把二十五年的奋斗故事写成书、拍成电影，向世人证明：只要今天够努力，幸福的明天就会来！
他不是不努力, 只是常和好运气擦肩而过。他不能不算好爸爸, 至少他尽力给他一个依靠, 没有抛下孩子。但是, 我看到这片中某个面向, 关于现实夫妻, 多数并非出现大问题, 却无法共同牵手度过贫贱生活。
另一个让我印象深刻的部分是 : 下班排队抢一个床位......旧金山这个梦想的天堂, 其实并非表面上见到的光鲜。
生活中许多人都在为温饱努力着，看着这电影, 会觉自己超级幸福, 虽然平凡也平淡....
可能与职业有关吧，我觉得这部片子除了个人奋斗和父子情深，还是一部非常优秀的销售培训电影。前些日子《圈子与圈套》与《输赢》这样的商战小说，都被贴上了销售培训类小说，其实，也仅仅是反映了商场如战场，一个小人物，普通人物如何通过销售来改变自己的命运，过上自己喜欢过的生活，体验其间之悲辛，本片堪称销售培训的情景教科书。
既然如此，我们有必要重新进入片中，对影片中Chris Gardner一些行为做一些分析，看看在他身上，都体现着优秀销售人员什么样的品质。
一、做销售要有追求，不仅仅为了钱，ChrisGardner是为幸福，给儿子，给家庭的，为了过上好日子，为了改变命运。有好的动机，才会产生不满向上的
动力，没有的追求，其格自低，其成就既不会大也不长久。吴阿仑刚写了一篇文章：没有欲望，你就成不了企业家，同理，没有欲望，你也成不了业务员，而且你的欲望要实在而强烈，台湾叫做企图心。
二、销售要有必胜的信念支持，不惧一时的倒霉。ChrisGardner从来没怀疑过“只要今天够努力，幸福的明天就会来”的信条，所以他不会因一时的失败，不相信生活，不相信他人，他屡败而会屡战，有无穷的信心，不管自己身受多大的苦，站在客户面前，马上进入状态，而且不让自己的不幸和不开心来感染他人。
三、脸皮不厚如何争取机会。曾经有人，用“胆大、心细、脸皮厚”来形容销售人员的特征，在有厚黑传统的国度里，国人大多既厚且黑，生意人可以这样，但是要建立丰富的客户人脉的销售人员，最好是厚而不黑，你他妈黑，谁还和你玩，谁愿与你建立长期合作关系，还给你介绍客户，成为你的powerpartner。ChrisGardner是如何做的？看见成功的人士，主动友好上前沟通，询问其成功之道；在不占优势的情况下，一次一次联系面试者进行争取，厚着脸皮与面试著同坐出租车，不厌其烦推销自己；和客户一起看棒球赛的时候，也试着强行推销，虽然在有经验的业务人眼里，这是不可取的。当然，脸皮厚肯定也能忍，
ChrisGardner的妻子不相信嘲弄他时，也不改其想，并付诸大量行动。其实，脸皮厚是一个人情商高低的体现，情商高的人，比一般人更能争取机会，他们在实际境遇不佳时，脸皮厚是无可厚非的最佳策略。
四、销售要有足够的耐心。片中用很长的一个片断来表，ChrisGardner在绝境时，只能通过卖掉他追回来的一台骨刺扫描仪，才能解决生存之困，但一切并不顺利，仪器出问题了，他并不着急，几个晚上在在救济所中，儿子睡后，他开始修理工作，中间为买一个元器件，他还去卖血，他相信自己可以搞定，最后终于卖出去了，这个过程很长，但他没有气馁。
五、基本销售的流程不复杂，基本的销售工作不浪漫，还很烦燥。
ChrisGardner的上司告诉他，只有打更多的电话，才会有更多的潜在客户；只有联系更多的潜在客户，才会有实际拜访客户；只有更多的实际拜访客户，才会签更多的合同。是啊，基本的销售就是这样的，再好的点子，计划，都代替不了最基本的工作。ChrisGardner争取在比别人少的时间内，打更多的电话，他连喝水的时间都顾不上，在这样的一天一天努力下，Chris Gardner终有突破和斩获，他预成功了一个重要的客户，他的销售从此非同一般。
六、销售人员的成功必须管理好时间。这是我们现在一直强调的时间管理，尤其是销售人员。ChrisGardner为了生计与工作，很多镜头都看到其在跑，撞车丢一只鞋也在所不惜，他老在奔跑，他总在争取时间，他尽力做到守时。所谓销售就是过了这个点就没这道菜了，一个人对时间的支配往往决定了其高下或成功失败，这好象是青木仁志在他的书中一句话。
七、销售人员要不断学习超越。不断学习各种销售技能，了解最新资讯与信息，使自己的知识面宽广，使自己的头脑处一种分析思考状态。ChrisGardner在如此困苦的情形下，坚持看书学习，唯有如此，才能让其脱颖而出。陈安之讲
过，一个人因与客户交流老子，而拉大单，ChrisGardner则是帮面试者搞定魔方，而获得机会。在有宽广知识面的情形下，销售人员最好有自己独特出众的一方面能力，能为别人解决问题最好，而这一切，都是学习带来的，没有这种习惯，你不可能改变你的现实和生活，更不适合做销售。
八、销售态度、能力和行动，行动最重要。ChrisGardner想成功，他有强烈的企图心，他有好的西服亲切礼貌的沟通语言，最重要的是，他主动去做了，比别人投入的行动都多，无薪实习期，他拿下31个客户，这也是20个人中只留下他的重要原因。当他约见客户迟到后，他会再一次亲自上顾客家里道谢，再一次争取机会，并有幸与客户一起看棒比赛，他最后成功了，他不靠天不靠地，他靠自己，该做的，他都做了，他付出了大量的行动。只有你够努力，明天幸福一定来，正是如此。
九、销售建立人脉很重要。青木仁志干脆称为powerpartner，翻译过来是“有力的合作伙伴”。ChrisGardner正是因为一个关键的客户，通过棒球比赛认识客户的很多朋友，业绩才直线而上，建立自己的客户关系网络，为此，你必须有策略，仅仅别人告诉你的几个技巧是不管用的，你需要什么样的客户和合作伙伴，你能为对方提供什么价值，通过什么方式，怎么管理？这应该是投资，你投资的越有策略，投资的越大，你的回报也越大。一般来说，有影响力的人建立人脉容易，做个有影响力的人可不容易，但既然你想做个好的销售人员，想通过销售来改变你的人生，那你就不能拒绝自己成为一个有影响力的人，某一方面也可以，很好玩也能影响别人，如春风化雨润物无声，影响无处不在，做为一个销售人员需要加强修练。
这真是一部好片子，我想做营销的或是做销售的，总之与业务有关的人，一定想我一样，看了片子觉得有很多很熟悉的东西，很激动人心的东西，它们也发生在我们身上。努力，朋友们！

1.What’s the true meaning of “the pursuit of happiness”? What is the true happiness? Does money, power, beauty, make us happy? They can make us happy for only a while. We might feel good about ourselves when we win in
Everyone has different goal. We are similar, but we are never the same. This is why this world is "colorful". Everyone has his/her own "true color". The road to the true happiness is different, but the way is the same. We need to work hard to reach the star, then we can be proud and stand up, shine ourselves, finally reach the true happiness!
2. What’s the American way of pursuing and obtaining happiness?
Working hard to become successful and insist on dreams is the way of pursuing and obtaining happiness by the American.
In America, if you want to be happy, first of all, you must have a skill by which you could be remembered by employers or customers. The majority of the skills rely on the talent, however, some from the endeavor in the life. Second, if you want to get happiness, you will have to pay uemitting efforts. And only the effort can be the way to get what you want. Finally, they believe that happiness is the happy with his family, yet they want their achievements be shared with his family.
3. What can you see in Chris’ eyes when he is selling his blood?
When Chris is selling his blood, his mood is complex. First, his eyes were wandering and staring aimlessly. Perhaps, the suffering and difficulties are so much in his life, he may feel tired, he may hesitate his choice, whether it is right or not. Probably He never thought that one day he relies on selling his blood to sustain life. He was always confident, positive and optimistic. But he was really tired and didn’t strength any more, so he needs and expects love and help.
4. What can you see in his’ eyes and on his face when Chris is told to have the job as a stock broker? When he was told to have the job as a stock broker, he was calm, bitterness and happiness. His success is not easy . On his way to success, he has paid more than other people. First of all, his expression was calm. Because his efforts finally blossom. He proved himself. Secondly, his expression is bitter. In his pursuit of happiness, he experienced many difficulties and setbacks. His wife left him. He and his son lived on the street. He was forced to sell blood and so on. When he thought these things, his heart was bitter. Finally, his expression is happiness. His efforts were not in vain. He and His son have ushered in a new life. He will also engage in his favorite occupation.
5. How do you comment on Chris’ wife?
In real life, most people are ordinary. We should not put too much requirements on an average person.
I think there is nothing wrong in Chris's wife. She has the right to pursue her happiness. Maybe her happiness is to satisfy the material needs. Even so, I think we should also respect her. A woman asked her husband to give her a stable and comfortable life is normal.
Chris set us an example to pursuit happiness. But we should analyze and comment in another aspect. In the special environment like that, his pursuit was selfish, he has a wife and a son that should consider more.
I think they are not wrong, but their happiness and pursuit were different. So I understand Chris's wife.
6. How do you comment on Chris’ friend (the fat man) and the apartment and the motel owners?
Witnessing Chris’ experiences by all, I sympathize with him. I hate these people who lack of compassion. His living conditions is better than Chris, however, his friend shut him. He prefer to lose a friend rather than to pay dozens of dollars. If Chris borrow money from him, what he will do? This is the differences between the east and west.
But for the apartment and the motel owners, I can understand them. They have no obligation to provide free housing. If I were them, I would do as they do. In my opinion, Americans pay more attention to the interests.
7. Do you think American way of life is perfect? If not why and what?
No, absolutely not. Americans are brave. To pursuit their own happiness, they can be crazy without considering the consequences. We must respect others and consider the feelings of other people. If happiness is built on the suffering of others, it is not true happiness.
My happiness is very simple. Maybe be a teacher, I can teach a lesson; Maybe I can buy a beautiful dress with my friends; Maybe I can cook a meal for my mother and so on. All in all, happiness is a simple life, serious work and steadfast personhood. we should care and love everyone around us and engaged in more meaningful and valuable affairs .
