正畸联合种植治疗先天性缺失牙的临床效果

　　[摘要]目的 探討正畸联合种植治疗先天性缺失牙的临床效果。方法 选取辽宁省大连市友谊医院及大连医科大学附属第二医院口腔科2015年2月20日～2016年7月30日收治的先天性缺失牙患者100例作为研究对象，根据治疗措施分为对照组、实验组，每组50例。对照组实施牙体种植治疗，实验组同时接受正畸治疗和种植治疗，比较两组的治疗效果。结果 实验组的总有效率（96.00%）明显高于对照组（76.00%）（P<0.05）。两组治疗后的咀嚼功能和语言功能均较治疗前改善，实验组的咀嚼功能、语言功能改善程度优于对照组（P<0.05）。实验组的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 先天性缺失牙患者接受正畸与种植联合治疗，可取得较好的效果，促进患者缺失牙相关功能的恢复，且具有较高的安全性，意义重大。

　　Clinical effect of orthodontics combined implantation in the treatment of congenital missing teeth

　　[Abstract]Objective To investigate the clinical effect of orthodontics combined with implantation in the treatment of congenital missing teeth.Methods A total of 100 patients with congenital missing teeth who were admitted into the Department of Stomatology in Dalian Friendship Hospital and the Second Hospital Affiliated to Dalian Medical University from February 20，2015 to July 30，2016 were selected as the research subjects.According to the differences of treatment measures，the patients were divided into the control group （n=50） and experimental group （n=50）.The control group was given dental implantation treatment，and the experimental group was given orthodontic treatment and implantation treatment at the same time.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate was 96.00% in the experimental group，which was significantly higher than that of 76.00% in the control group （P<0.05）.The chewing function and language function of the two groups after treatment were better than those before treatment.The improvement degree of chewing function and language function in the experimental group was better than that in the control group （P<0.05）.The incidence of adverse reaction in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P<0.05）.Conclusion Patients with congenital missing teeth receiving orthodontics combined with implantation can achieve better results，which is able to promote the recovery of relevant function of missing teeth，and has a higher safety and great significance.
