口腔正畸治疗牙周病致前牙移位的临床效果分析

　　[摘要]目的 研究口腔正畸治疗牙周病致前牙移位的临床效果。方法 选取我院2013年3月～2015年5月收治的50例因牙周病引发的前牙移位患者为研究对象，在实施牙周病基础治疗的基础上进行口腔正畸治疗，比较治疗前、治疗结束和治疗1年后患者的牙周袋深度，牙出血情况、前牙槽高度，前牙覆、覆盖指标。结果 治疗结束时，患者的牙周袋深度，牙出血情况、前牙槽高度，前牙覆、覆盖指标，与治疗前比较，均明显改善（P<0.05），治疗1年后复诊时，上述指标均保持良好。50例患者均顺利完成治疗，所有患者牙周膜间隙恢复正常，牙齿咬合吻合程度较高，牙齿松动情况改善，且符合患者的美观要求。结论 口腔正畸治疗牙周病致前牙移位，在牙周的控制方面效果较好，改善了患者的牙齿咀嚼功能，可保持牙齿美观，临床效果明显，值得应用于临床并推广。

　　Clinical effect analysis of orthodontic treating anterior teeth displacement caused by periodontal disease

　　[Abstract]Objective To study the clinical effect of orthodontic treatment treating anterior teeth displacement caused by periodontal disease.Methods Fifty patients with anterior teeth displacement caused by periodontal diseases from March 2013 to May 2015 treated in our hospital were selected as research objects.On the basis of the basic treatment of periodontal disease，theorthodontic treatment was provided.The depth of periodontal pocket，tooth bleeding，anterior alveolar height，overlying and covering index of anterior teeth indexes were compared before treatment，end of treatment and after 1 year treatment.Results After treatment，at the end of treatment，the depth of periodontal pocket，tooth bleeding，anterior alveolar height，overlying and covering index of anterior teeth indexes were significantly improved compared with before treatment （P<0.05）.After 1 year treatment，the above indexes were all good.All 50 patients were successfully completed the treatment.All patients had normal periodontal ligament clearance.The anastomosis degree of tooth occlusion was higher，and the loosening of teeth was improved，which accords with the aesthetic requirements of patients.Conclusion Orthodontic treatment for anterior teeth displacement caused by periodontal disease has a good effect on periodontal control.It improves the masticatory function of patients，maintains the beautiful periodontal appearance in a remarkable effect，and it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.

　　牙周病致前牙移位是臨床中常见的口腔疾病，发病原因是牙周支持组织受到损伤，患者的症状表现为前牙唇呈现扇形分散、前牙出现移位或前牙缝隙增加甚至脱落[1]。牙周病致前牙移位会使患者的咀嚼功能出现问题，牙齿美观程度差，降低了患者的生活质量。常规治疗方法会因为牙周基础治疗不彻底而导致疗效差，症状无法得到根本改善[2]。本文选取我院收治的50例牙周病致前牙移位患者进行研究，在牙周基础治疗的基础上实施口腔正畸治疗，探讨口腔正畸治疗的临床效果。
