【网游时代，向网瘾说“不”】网络:网游:网瘾

　　 2009年2月3日至7日，政协第十一届青岛市委员会第二次会议圆满召开。在本次会议上，政协委员《关于加强网络游戏监管、防止青少年沉迷网络游戏》的提案引起了全体委员的共鸣。这一提案以大量的调研案例和相关数字，揭示了网瘾对青少年及其家庭和社会带来的种种危害，呼吁以立法的形势加强网络监管，给青少年创造健康、文明、有序的网络环境，呵护青少年的精神家园。青岛市政协主席孙德汉将这一议案整理后带到了随后召开的山东省政协十届二次会议上，并表示将进一步补充完善该提案，提交到政协第十一届全国委员会第二次会议。
　　
　　 21世纪是网络的时代，网络彻底颠覆了传统的生活模式，网络经济也成为现代经济十分重要的组成部分，成为与能源、汽车、电信等传统产业相比肩的主流经济，而网络经济的重要支柱在于网游产业。网游时代全面来临。网游产业在带来巨大经济收益的同时，以“网瘾”为突出代表的社会问题也随之产生。青少年沉迷网络游戏日益成为全社会关注的焦点。如何正确引导青少年进行健康的网络生活，拒绝网瘾，是值得全社会共同关心和探讨的问题。

　　 During the session held this year, The Proposal on Strengthening Supervision on Online Games to Prevent Adolescents from Being Addicted to Online Games put forward by a member of the PPCC struck a chord with all of the other members. After amending this proposal, Sun Dehan, Chairman of the PPCC of Qingdao City agreed to bring it before the second session of the 10th PPCC of Shandong Province. He said that he would further improve this proposal and bring it before the second session of the 11th Chinese National PPCC.
