高考口试的心理应试技巧
要在口试中取得优异成绩,只具备英语知识是不够的,还需要一个健康的心态。考试应具备什么样的心态及应试技巧呢?
首先应认真对待口试,不受笔试影响。紧张的高考笔试结束后,口试已是最后一关了,一定要放松自己,已轻松的心情投入口试。虽然这样做不容易,但一定要努力做到。考生通常会有这样的情形:笔试结束后满脸颓丧,认为自己考砸了,于是没有心情参加考试;或是把笔试的阴影带入口试,影响口试的发挥.其实这完全没必要。考生明白,笔试已经结束,再想也没用,倒不如把精力放在口试上,争取把笔试的损失从口试中补回来;千万不能丧失信心,甚至放弃口试。其实对报考外语专业及外语相关专业的考生来说,口试成绩与笔试一样重要。因此,放弃口试就等于放弃外语专业的报考,没有口试成绩,这类院校是不会录取的。所以无论如何都要参加口试。况且,考生对自己的成绩的估计是不很准确的。因此, 无论口试考得如何,都应认真对待口试;即使确实考的不很理想,也应努力摆脱笔试的影响,下决心在口试中得到补偿。
其次在口试中考生最容易产生紧张情绪,要克服这一心理,有以下两种途径:
第一,考生可以通过自身的心理调节消除紧张情绪。考生应当这样想:进入考场前有10分钟的准备时间,考生对考题并不是一无所知,只要考生静下心来,认真准备,就一定能把问题准备好。再说如果听不懂还可以请老师重复。如果太紧张,不但不能集中精力准备,而且还会影响临场发挥,本来能听懂的内容到时候也糊涂了,只是口试没有反映出自己的真正水平。另外,还有一点考生应注意,在哦在你面前的是最了解你的心理的老师,老师们有很多教学和考试经验,都能理解考生的心情,对都能会替你着想,帮你放松,
因此考生就没有紧张的必要了。

Today,I will introduce my favorite basketball team in NBA---The San Antonio Spurs.
The San Antonio Spurs are an American professional basketball team based in San Antonio, Texas. They are part of the Southwest Division of the Western Conference in the National Basketball Association.
The team was built in 1960. It’s one of four former American Basketball Association teams. In 1973, this basketball team was renamed “San Antonio Spurs”, in fact, spurs is a kid of riding boots’ needle. Tim Duncan is Power Forward or Center, he wear the number 21 shirt, he is 37 years old already, he joined NBA and be selected by Spurs in 1997, he has rewarded 2 MVP, 3 Final MVP and All-Star MVP. He is the center player in Spurs. Tony Parker is Point Guard, he wear the number 9 shirt, he is a French. He was selected by Spurs in 2001, he is 31 years old now, and he is not tall, but he has rewarded a Final MVP and has 6 times to join
All-Star. Manu Ginóbili is come from Argentina, he was born in 1977, he is Shooting Guard, and wear the number 20 shirt. Ginobili, Duncan and Parker called GDP by public. They are older than other basketball player, but they still have energy in the basketball court. They and Popovich guide Spurs to be better. They were selected by Spurs at the beginning and they never leave this team.
Spurs suits are gray and white. They are not bright, but they are low-key. I love Spurs not only they can win the champion, but also they are a special team. American always advocate individualistic heroism like James, Kobe and so on. But Spurs advocate collectivism, everyone can score, everyone can help the team to win.
