My daughter wanted to take music lessons at the community center. She asked us if she could study drums,but we did not want to have drums in our house. So we told her to study the violin.During the short interview, my daughter was so happy with her teacher that she forgot her dream of playing drums and was looking forward to violin lessons with this wonderful man. He told her that she would do well with the violin, but he thought drums would be the perfect instrument for her and advised her to learn from the drum teacher at the community center.

She got excited, but I felt very strange. I had not told him she wanted to play drums. When I asked him, he explained that her natural sense of beat and rhythm led him to think she would be great at drums. When I said that we did not want drums in our house, he told me that we did not want drums in our house,he told me that the center has a drum room that kids can use for practice.My daughter became so interested in this wonderful teacher in ten minutes that she was not sure if she should study drums after all. When we explained this to him , his reply was that he is always here, and if she ever decides she has had enough of drums she could go to him for lessons.

He did so much for her in such a short time. We were surprised at his ability in suggesting she should study drums, which was her dream. But what most moved us was that he gave up a paying student in order to do what was best for her.

The park also has many bright fall flowers; sometimes I see a small squirrel coming down from the tree to hunt for food on the ground. On the weekends, I sometimes like to fly my kite. In the city, I usually do a lot of reading at home in the winter because of eh cold weather outside.

a trip to beijing

The summer holiday was coming ,my family decided to go on a tirp, our aim is beijing.

Monday,we came to the airport ,after a while ,we took a plane.at the moment,I was so excited that i couldnot calm down.about two hours ,we arrived.Then we found a hotel ,we was going to visit beijing tomorrow.

The second day,I got up very early,after breakfast, we took a bus,then we arried the summer palace ,we saw the beautifui view of it,we were very happy.

The third day,we went to the Great Wall ,it is a wonder,we took many photos,by this visiting ,I know china is so big.

The fourith day finally arrived,today was the last day,but,we think that we havenot visited the famousest interesting place---The palace museum ,so we visited it,

we saw many old things,we also took many photos.

In the afternoon,we came back,home,I will remember this meaningful experience,It's my best memory.

A wonderful Trip to suzhou

Like other tourists, I and my husband have been preparing the vacation journey for a long time. Of course ,we have a direct purpose -Suzhou , a beautiful city I always dreaming of. Fortunately, two days we spent there were greatly nice. In the first day,we visited the really famous old town named Mudu which emperor Qianlong stopped by six times at Qing Dynasty. The town is so large that our foots hardly were able to move after the day’s visiting.Obviously,there are lots of interesting things-the shoes wore by Qing Dynasty’s women, numerous wooden sculpture and smooth silks laid out and welcomed traditional cakes .We completely perceive the hot passions of the good people there.

On our second day trip,that’s right,we went to the Classical gardens of Suzhou .With great surprise,the gardens in Suzhou were so much better designed than what we had thought.It is worth visiting! There are a number of ponds and rockeries and bonsai to make up of the whole perspectives just like in Xanadu.Taking a lot of wonderful photos,we just had a good time so that we didn’t want to go home.what’s more,we are already planning the next tour.

读书

As consensus of everyone, people should read books, especially when they are young. However, we still should read selectively instead of blindly. In China, many parents force their children to read all kinds of books for some reason, that makes those kids under heavy stress. I don't think it's

a good way for education, child should read those books which can help them develop a good viewpoint about the world and life, such as thanksgiving, appreciation, politeness and diligence. Even for adult, we should select what we read as well, because our engergy is limited. Moreover, we still need to learn much knowledge helpful for our career. Actually, I think reading blindly is just wasting time. Nowadays, people feel much more stress than before, so we can chose those books about computer application, investment, English learning, economy, finance，etc.

So, all in all, we should attach importance to both of selectivity and universality when thinking about reading.

环境

Environmental protection means protecting the living around us. It is hard to imagine what our life will be like today, if the rubber tree became extinct more than one hundred years ago before the man found its usage.

As we all known, people recognized aloe from the second-world-war. Aloe could cure our hurt and make it recovered quickly. We may realize that the value of the living around us will gradually be found with the progress of human civilization. So the common living today might be a great usage to human beings, maybe the best drug of curing cancer will essence from the living around us now.

I think environmental protection is protecting ourselves, yet there are still a lot of people have not realized that the importance of environmental protection. They still destroyed the forest, discharge the industrial waste, killed the wild animal for meal and so on. We should spread the education of the environmental protection, to make more and more people have the same view of mine. The environmental protection will be a long way to go in the future, and we must insist on.
