There is no doubt that everybody want to get a perfect job,but employment pressure has been a problem that we cannot overlook.So we have to spare no effects to improve ourselves ,I believe that we can get a satisfying job as long as we constantly strive to study.

These days I have been leisure but bored after finishing the final exam. In fact, I really don’t like the way I have lived in these days, because I feel like a foolish that can’t find my values and have to be supported by others. That made me crazy. Therefore, I consider that people should find and achieve their values in lives, especially female. Obviously, work is an important way to achieve our values. However, why is work important in our life?

??Firstly, work is the only way for us to satisfy our basic needs. In order to get food, clothes and other living conditions to live happily, we have to work hard. In this aspect, work is a natural responsibility for us, for our families. But usually, those who just consider work as a kind of responsibility regard work as a heavy burden in their life and they will feel really tired after a period of time, even some of which will choose to renounce the responsibility they have.Therefore, work must have other positive meanings in deeper respect.

??首先，工作是我们满足基本需要的唯一方式。为了获取食物，衣服还有其他生存条件以幸福生活，我们必须努力工作。在这方面，工作对我们以及对家人来说是自然的责任。但是，通常那些只把工作当做一种责任的人，也把工作当做是生活中的一种压力。经过一段时间后他们就会觉得很累，甚至有的人会选择放弃他们的责任。因此，工作必须有在更深层面有积极的意义。

??In addition,I strongly feel in these days that work is an important way to achieve ourselves. Just as Maslow says that human has five needs: physiological needs, safety needs, love and belonging, esteem, self-actualization and self-transcendence. In my opinion, work is relative to the higher hierarchy of needs. We always need to achieve our value and worth to gain esteem or recognition from others by some ways, especially by work. I think it is easy to appear in the younger those who have some mature thoughts, so that most teenagers will try their best to get rid of their parents’ care to make a living by themselves. I am a college student, this is my fourth year in the college, which means that I will graduate soon. Nowadays, many of my classmates have taken the action to find the job interview, while I tell myself to calm down, actually, I have no idea about my future, so I haven’t taken the action.

我现在是一名大学生，这是我在大学的第四年了，这也意味着我很快就要毕业了。如今，很多我的同学已经开始着手找工作面试，然而我告诉自己冷静，实际上，我对自己的将来一无所知，因此我没有采取行动。

When the graduate season comes, students have to worry about their jobs, for me, I have many annoyances, first, I don’t know which city should I go. On the one hand, I want to stay in the present city that I live, because I have many college students here, I can fight my career with them, we can also take a drink when we have time. But on the other hand, if I want to stay in this city, it means I have to be far away from home. I want to stay with my family, my parents want to see me and I want to accompany them, working at my hometown is a perfect idea for me. Now I still don’t know how to choose, once I have made the decision, I have to give up something.

当毕业季来临，学生们开始担忧他们的工作，对于我来说，我有很多的烦恼，第一，我不知道我应该去哪座城市。一方面，我想要留在我现在居住的城市，因为我大部分的大学同学都留在这里，我可以和他们共同为事业奋斗，也可以在闲暇时喝上一杯。但是另一方面，如果我留在这个城市，那意味着我不得不远离家。我想要和家人呆在一起，我的父母想要看到我，我也想要陪伴他们，在家乡工作对我来说是一个极好的抉择。现在我仍然不知道如何选择，一旦我决定了，我必须得放弃一些东西。
